MON

Command

SYNTAX: MON

PURPOSE: To invoke the Mini– Monitor

REMARK S: The Mini– Monitor is used primarily for debugging object code programs. Its use assumes that the

program mer is familiar with assembly code and debugging techniques.

Unlike CAMBASIC all data is entered in hexadecimal. The Mini– Monitor sub-commands are:

D – Display memory

E – Edit memory

F – Fill a block of memory

M – Math, add, subtract, multiply in Hex

Q – Quit Mini– Monitor

The number to the left of the colon is the segment number. This is displayed only on cards that can

have 128K or more RAM.
