This function returns the result of the number

(2.718282) raised to the power given by

. This function is

very computation time intensive. Small values of

expr

take about 5 milli-seconds to calculate while larger

ones (near 250) require nearly 0.2 seconds. Avoid using this function in tight control or time intensive

applications.
